Join us for 21 days of prayer and fasting as we seek God together. Each person is encouraged to observe a daily 12-hour total fast—a set window each day to pause from food or a chosen habit and redirect that attention to the Lord.
You can choose from three options:

Total Food Fast (water only) – full fast or 12-hour intervals daily.

Daniel Fast – plant-based eating (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, no meat, sugar, or processed foods).

Activity Fast – abstain from distractions like social media, TV, or other habits.
Whatever you choose to give up, be sure to fill that space with increased prayer, Scripture, and worship. This is less about what you’re losing and more about what God is forming in you.
